  • Circumvent usage limits or abuse automated crawling resources
  • Resell access to the platform without written permission

All content, branding, software, and methodology within the XeoPix platform are the exclusive property of Xeopix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit for auditing.

Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Xeopix does not guarantee that audit results will produce specific search engine ranking improvements. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xeopix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination
